Kaizen Saber has unveiled the Ventus lightsaber hilt. The custom saber is an original design (i.e. not character inspired). Ventus is available in three finishes: raw aluminum, black anodized, weathered anodized, and with powder coating. Kaizen Saber offers Ventus as an empty hilt or as an installed saber with Plecter Labs Nano Biscotte V4 soundboard or Prizm V5.1 soundboard.

The Ventus lightsaber hilt, comprised of aluminum, is 11.75 inches long and 1.35 inches in diameter. The inside diameter of the hilt is 1.1 inches, and the hilt is designed to accommodate a 1 inch diameter blade. The blade socket depth is 2.1 inches (or 2.625 inches, excluding the connector). The chassis depth area on the hilt is 5.75 inches long.
The Ventus lightsaber uses The Custom Saber Shop (TCSS) connector so that the end user will be able to switch between blades from different custom saber companies. The hilt is designed for a 28 mm high base speaker.
The Ventus hilt is comprised of a main body and a pommel. The hilt, if purchased from Kaizen Saber, includes: the hilt, hex wrench, and switches. As an upgrade, Ventus is available with a battle wrap (faux leather) or with a genuine leather wrap.
