Disney Parks unveiled the Stellan Gios Legacy Lightsaber. The crossguard lightsaber will be the first ever High Republic era hilt to join the Disney Parks legacy lightsaber lineup. Disney is releasing the new crossguard legacy lightsaber hilt in a box set bundle alongside The High Republic Adventures comic book.
Disney will release the Stellan Gios Legacy Lightsaber box set, limited to 5,000 units worldwide, on November 17, 2023 simultaneously in-person at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge and online at shopDisney.

Stellan Gios Legacy Lightsaber Description
The Stellan Gios legacy lightsaber hilt, a metal construction, uses a regal color scheme of silver, black and gold. During the High Republic era, gold is a popular lightsaber hilt accent color among Jedi. A decorative metallic red button adds a splash of color to the hilt as well. The actual functioning activation switch is situated just below the metallic red button.

The defining feature of the Stellan Gios legacy lightsaber hilt is the bold and memorable crossguard section, featuring both a sword-like metal crossguard and two illuminated side blades! Although the box set includes the two small side blades, the buyer must purchase the main blade for the hilt separately. All of the blades illuminate blue upon activation of the saber.
The box set also includes a full reprint of the Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures 2021 Annual comic book featuring a special new cover that is exclusive to the set. Comic book features the following adventures:

- No Stone Unturned written by Claudia Grey and art by Jason Loo
- The Haul written by Justina Ireland and art by Yael Nathan
- Set for Life written by Charles Soule and art by Sam Beck

The hilt, two side blades, and comic book all come bundled in a wooden collector’s box. Box has the Jedi symbol and two latches on the top lid. Aurebesh script adorns the box’s side. Box measures about 38.9cm x 30.5cm x 12.1cm. Like other limited edition legacy lightsabers sets, the Stellan Gios legacy lightsaber set also includes a numbered certificate of authenticity (COA). Box set is limited to 5,000 units worldwide. The retail price for the item is $325.
