Vader’s Vault Combat Class Sabers are a category of sleek and balanced custom lightsabers designed for dueling, spinning and stunt work. Combat Class Sabers are generally a slim 1.25 inches in diameter in the grip section with an average length of about 10.25 inches long (with some exceptions). A chassis minimizes movement of the internal components (e.g. 18650 size battery, soundboard, wiring, speaker, etc). Vader’s Vault launched the slim and ergonomic Combat Class Saber category in 2012.

The Vader’s Vault Combat Class Saber category is populated with midrange to high end sabers that range in price and design complexity. The feature-rich custom sabers are available configured as sound sabers with in-hilt LED (single color or RGB) or as Plecter Pixel RGB (i.e. neopixel saber).
Vader’s Vault Combat Class Sabers are equipped with various versions of the Plecter Labs Crystal Shard (CS) soundboard (from 2010 to mid 2019) and Plecter Labs Crystal Focus 10 (CFX) soundboard (mid 2019 to the present).
Combat Class Sabers offer a selection of configuration options and upgrades including:
