Power and Control lightsaber builders may select 5 of the 10 possible scrap metal pieces when constructing their lightsaber including: 1 emitter, 2 sleeves, 1 switch, and 1 endcap (pommel). Let’s take a closer look at the Savi’s Workshop Power and Control theme options.

Power and Control Emitter Options

Power and Control offers two emitter options: a “split-top” emitter and a flat-top emitter featuring a two built-in, decorative buttons and a D-ring resembling the D-ring near the top of the Darth Vader lightsaber. Both emitter pieces are predominantly black.

Power and Control Sleeve Options

Power and Control offers four sleeve options, and the builder must select two sleeves. One sleeve features deep, black horizontal grooves similar to the Luke Skywalker ROTJ lightsaber grip section. Another sleeve features smaller, shallower horizontal grooves with dark red accents. A third sleeve is mostly metallic silver in color with three rows of horizontal, dashed lines encircling the piece. The final sleeve features a series of raised, vertical black grips resembling a shortened version of the vertical grips on the Darth Vader lightsaber or the Skywalker lightsaber.

Power and Control Switch Options

One switch option features a raised, transparent red half dome on one side and a sliding black switch on the other side. Two horizontal dark red color accents encircle the piece. The other most metallic silver colored switch option features a raised, mostly black knob on one side and a recessed activation box (or control box) somewhat resembling activation boxes on Original Trilogy lightsabers.

Power and Control Pommel Options

Two end cap/pommel options are available. One end cap is a partially black pommel that flares out at its base, featuring a D-ring on the side. The other end cap is mostly metallic silver in color with a thin, dark red horizontal line encircling its center and a Covertec wheel on its side.
