The Saberforge Jade Fire lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the design of the Mara Jade lightsaber. The lightsaber is available as an empty hilt (no electronics), stunt saber (in hilt LED light only, no sound), or sound saber. The Saberforge Jade Fire lightsaber was initially released in August 2013.

The Saberforge Jade Fire lightsaber is comprised of a CNC machined aluminum hilt. The hilt measures 10.5 inches long, features a standard blade socket, and accepts a 1 inch diameter blade.
The Standard finish hilt is primarily metallic silver with short, black Graflex style T-track grips near the emitter and thin black accents in the middle of the hilt. An alternative Weathered finish (tarnished silver/black) or Black finish (all black) variation of the hilt is available as well. Saberforge also offers a wide color section of custom powder coating colors as well.
The Jade Fire hilt features a media blasted decorative control box and a segmented lower grip. Two parallel sets of socket head screw encircle the lower grip section, creating a rugged and industrial rivet-like aesthetic. A Covertech knob attaches to the lower part of the hilt. A low profile vented pommel caps off the end of the hilt.
