The Ultrasabers Darksaber lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the design of the Mandalorian Darksaber. The aggressive and angular hilt serves as symbol of power among Mandalorians. The lightsaber is available in four different styles: Darksaber (anodized black), Darksaber CE (sandblasted/matte black), Darksaber SE (silver with anodized black accents), or Darksaber LE (anodized black with silver accents). Ultrasabers released the Darksaber in November 2021.

The hilt is comprised of a machined aluminum hilt that measures 12 inches long from the top of the emitter to the bottom of the pommel. The outside diameter (OD) of the hilt is 1.5 inches. The blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade.
The top of the hilt features a flat and slanted emitter and an angled, rectangular handguard. The emitter section uses four horizontal, stadium-shaped windows to allow some light from the blade to shine through. The cylindrical body/grip section of the hilt features shallow vertical grooves on top and shallow horizontal grooves on the bottom. A vented MHS compatible pommel caps of the end of the hilt.
Ultrasabers offers the Darksaber in several setups including: Empty Hilt (for DIY), stunt saber (in-hilt LED, no sound), sound saber (in-hilt LED with sound), or pixel saber (RGB pixel blade with sound).
Note that the Ultrasabers Darksabers comes standard with a cylindrical tube blade rather than a flat blade. The buyer may purchase a flat acrylic Darksaber style blade from Ripper Blades or other companies that sell flat blades. Additionally, Ultrasabers expressed intent to release a flat blade directly on the Ultrasabers website at an undetermined point in the future.
The Ultrasabers Darksaber is the first new hilt design offered by the company since the May 2020 release of the Ultrasabers Princess lightsaber.
