Final Thoughts

Overall, the Black Series Kylo Ren Force FX Elite Lightsaber is more technologically advanced and includes more features, effects, and all around versatility than standard Black Series Force FX Lightsabers. Indeed, Hasbro states that the lightsaber is “the most realistic Force FX lightsaber yet”. Extra features come at a price, however, since the Kylo Ren Force FX Elite Lightsaber retails for a higher dollar amount than any other Force FX lightsaber.

Future Force FX Elite Lightsabers

As of December 2019, Hasbro has not announced any plans to release additional Force FX Elite lightsabers. Although Hasbro plans to release an Asajj Ventress Force FX Lightsaber and a Kit Fisto Force FX Lightsaber in 2020, neither lightsaber is listed as a Force FX Elite Lightsaber.
