The Ki Sabers Slayer lightsaber has been released. The tsuba (hand guard)-equipped custom saber is a katana-style lightsaber. The two-handed lightsaber is designed for cosplay or competitive lightsaber combat. Slayer comes in a stock finish (standard silver color) or weathered finish and is available configured as a stunt saber (no sound) or sound saber (Pico Crumble or Verso soundboard).

The Ki Sabers Slayer lightsaber is an ergonomic, katana-style, two-handed dueling lightsaber. The aluminum hilt measures 12.7 inches long and has a 1.3 in outside diameter (OD) and 1 in inside diameter (ID). The buyer may select an in-hilt LED stunt saber configuration (no sound, single LED color) or an in-hilt LED sound saber configuration (select Verso soundboard OR Plecter Labs Pico Crumble 2.5 soundboard).
An all-in-one chassis protects the saber’s internals and houses the light, 18650 Li-Ion cell battery, and activation switch all in one place. The user may conveniently access the chassis by unscrewing the pommel in order to charge the battery or swap out the entire chassis with a different configuration.
A USB charger is included. The lightsaber accepts a 1 inch diameter blade (included) and seats the blade in a deep, 4.5 inch blade socket for added control. The activation switch is tucked out of the way in the pommel area. Slayer includes a removable 2.5 in tsuba. An optional larger tsuba (3.5 inch diameter) and an optional 3 inch extension are available as well.
