The Dark Force Custom Sabers Reborn lightsaber is CNC machined out of T-6061 aluminum alloy. The hilt measures 10.5 inches long and has an outside diameter (OD) of 1.38 inches (excluding the switch box). The hilt accepts a 1 inch diameter blade and features an inside diameter of 1.2 inches (in the install section in the rear of the hilt). The hilt conveniently breaks apart into the two pieces near the middle.
A low profile emitter shroud attaches to the blade holder of the hilt. The 8-32 blade retention screw is included. An emitter vent box features a series of 5 diagonal window slots. Two 12mm switch sockets are situated near the middle of the hilt (one of the switches is in a diamond knurled section). The lower part of the hilt features a convenient 2.1mm recharge socket. Sound vents are situated on the base of the hilt.
The installed version of the Reborn lightsaber is configured as a neopixel saber and equipped with a Plecter Labs Crystal Focus 10 (CFX) soundboard.
