AusSabers Apprentice V2 is comprised of a machined aluminum hilt borrowing some design cues from the Starkiller lightsaber. The hilt finish comes in multiple color schemes. A long, s-curve emitter shroud attaches to the base hilt. Knurled thumbscrews attach to both the front and the rear of the hilt. The blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade (included).
Three angled, gill-style cutouts wrap around the recessed activation switch. A grooved choke point is in the middle of the hilt below the bottom of the emitter shroud. Access the chassis by removing the fluted lower grip section.
The vented pommel caps off the end of the hilt. The pommel is Variable Hilt Component (VHC) compatible. VHC is a mix and match system of certain LGT saber parts. The pommel doubles as a connector enabling the user to combine together to hilts with VHC pommels to form a saberstaff.
AusSabers Apprentice V2 lightsaber is available as an installed saber configured as: an EcoSwing Saber (in-hilt LED sound saber), Xenopixel Saber (budget pixel saber), or as a Proffie Pixel Saber.
