The Blue Force Sabers Survivor Lightsaber has been released. The custom saber, an original design made from cast aluminum, features an intricate Mandalorian and Rebel Alliance inspired theme. The neopixel lightsaber is equipped with an all-in-one Proffieboard chassis that easily slides into the hilt. Blue Force Sabers released the Survivor lightsaber in July 2021 as a run of 50 sabers.

Each Survivor lightsaber hilt is individually made and cast out of A356 aluminum, meaning each hilt will be slightly different. The aluminum hilt is comprised of 4 main pieces: an emitter section, switch section, pommel section and aluminum core. Blue Force Sabers offers the hilt non weathered (i.e. a clean silver finish) or weathered (i.e. a tarnished silver finish). Intricate design flourishes extend throughout the hilt including a Mandalorian helmet and mythosaur skull sigil on the front and rear of the switch section and honeycomb pattern and Rebel Alliance starbirds in the emitter and pommel area. A defconbird brown authentic leather wrap extends around the lower part of the hilt.
An all-in-one saber chassis, equipped with Proffieboard, is removable from the hilt. The soundboard features Smoothswing and full RGB support and customization. Five 8-32 retention screws secure the all-in-one chassis inside the hilt. The hilt accepts a 1 inch diameter neopixel blade, which is included. The full size blade measures 36 inches long.
Blue Force Sabers includes 25 sound fonts that are pre-loaded with custom blade profiles made by Blue Force Sabers. Blue Force Sabers designed 5 of the pre-loaded sound fonts including fonts entitled: A Mandalorian, Sauron, Red Hood, Game of Thrones and Time Synth. The company sells additional sound fonts in their Esty store as well.
