The Agen Kolar lightsaber, a clan saber, is a Jedi lightsaber equipped with two kyber crystals. The kyber crystal configuration allows the lightsaber to emit either a green lightsaber blade or a blue lightsaber blade.

Agen Kolar Lightsaber Construction and History
The cylindrical Agen Kolar lightsaber hilt is 26.6 inches long as is comprised of durasteel and brass. Although the Agen Kolar lightsaber emits a single blade, the lightsaber is equipped with dual kyber crystals, allowing the lightsaber to emit a green blade or a blue blade. Agen Kolar is a skilled lightsaber duelist.
Agen Kolar takes on Jedi Padawan Tan Yuster as an apprentice. Kolar and Yuster both fight in the Battle of Geonosis, wielding their lightsabers against the Confederacy. Yuster is tragically overwhelmed by super battle droids and killed in battle. Kolar recovers the lightsaber of his apprentice. The Jedi Master removes the kyber crystal from the Tan Yuster lightsaber and installs the crystal in his own lightsaber to serve as a tribute to his fallen protege.
As a Jedi Council member, Kolar participates during many important Clone Wars strategy discussions. Following the revelation that Chancellor Palpatine is the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, Jedi Master Mace Windu leads a team of four Jedi Council members, including Jedi Masters Agen Kolar, Saesee Tiin and Kit Fisto, to confront and arrest Palpatine in the Chancellor’s office. Palpatine rapidly draws his red lightsaber, engaging the team in lightsaber combat. Sidious quickly defeats and kills Agen Kolar, Saesee Tiin and Kit Fisto. The fate of the Agen Kolar lightsaber is unknown.
Although Mace Windu manages to disarm and corner Darth Sidious, Anakin Skywalker intervenes, and Sidious kills Mace Windu as well. Skywalker ultimately joins the dark side, pledges loyalty to Darth Sidious, and takes on the name Darth Vader. The Republic falls and the Empire comes into power.
Behind the Scenes
The Agen Kolar lightsaber first appears in the film Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002). The Agen Kolar lightsaber resembles other Clone Wars era Jedi lightsabers including: the Adi Gallia lightsaber, Bultar Swan lightsaber, and the Shaak Ti lightsaber.
