Although the Rey Skywalker lightsaber is sometimes attributed as emitting a similar yellow blade, the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker novelization (2019) characterizes the lightsaber as emitting a “white gold” blade.
In Star Wars Canon, electrum is a rare crystal that adds a cosmetic gold colored finish to lightsaber hilts. The Mace Windu lightsaber and the two Palpatine lightsabers feature electrum detailing.

No officially licensed gold lightsabers exist in real life. Master Replicas offered lightsabers with a gold hilt finish as an uncommon variant for many of the company’s ‘mini’ .45 scale lightsaber hilt props.
