The Illuminated Saber The Rebel Lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the design of the Graflex lightsaber with some modifications and slimmed-down features. The Illuminated Saber The Rebel lightsaber is available as an empty hilt or as an installed saber. Illuminated Saber released The Rebel lightsaber in August 2017.

The Rebel lightsaber is comprised of a machined 6061 aircraft aluminum hilt with anodized gold accents and anodized black grips. The design of the hilt pays homage to the Graflex lightsaber while featuring a slimmer, ergonomic profile. The hilt breaks down into four main parts: blade holder, main body, grip section, and vented pommel with diamond knurled edge. The blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade and will accept TCSS heatsinks (not included). The inside diameter (ID) of the hilt is 1.25 inches.
The low profile activation box features a 12mm switch hole and 16mm switch hole. The hilt kit includes: bunny ears, a top button (a red switch or a gold switch is included), bottom button, brass grub pins, and the necessary screws (4-40, 6-32, and 8-32 screw).
