The Force Relics Kyle Katarn lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the design of the Kyle Katarn lightsaber. Force Relics produced the Kyle Katarn lightsaber as an empty hilt kit capable of accepting electronics. The company launched an initial limited run of Kyle Katarn lightsaber in May 2016 and released several subsequent runs in the following years.

The Force Relics Kyle Katarn lightsaber is a machined aluminum hilt with anodized black accents in the grip section. Six brass rods encircle the neck section of the emitter. The hilt measures 35 inches long and the blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade (not included). The inside diameter (ID) is 24mm.
The hilt breaks down into seven main pieces: blade holder, choke section, upper grip section, upper shroud, lower grip section, lower shroud, and vented pommel. The kit includes an aluminum/copper heatsink and two decorative M4 thumbscrews with a knurled edge. Note, the images for the first run of the hilt show the thumbscrews as a silver color while images for later runs show anodized red thumbscrews).
