Specializing in 3D printed lightsabers, Tethan Props is most famous for their custom Lord of the Rings inspired creations. The company offers 3D files and DIY hilt (unpainted) for DIYers. Tethan Props also offers realistic, hand painted hilts empty (no electronics) or installed electronics (i.e. an LGT core). The company also crafts a selection of sword-like, flat acrylic lightsaber blades. Many blades take inspiration from the Lord of the Rings.

Note that all of the Tethan Props lightsaber hilts are intended for display and cosplay purposes only. As 3D printed constructions, the sabers are NOT suitable for dueling.

Jawa’s Junkyard makes limited runs of metal niche character hilts including some rarely adapted designs. Some rarely produced designs include: Bright Star (Lord Corvax inspired), MistressV (SWTOR Vaylin inspired), and Odin’s Wrath (SWTOR Orgus Din inspired), among others. Although the company mostly makes empty hilts, Jawa’s Junkyard offers some fully installed sabers as well.

The company also develops some intriguing mashup designs like the Keyblade lightsaber (from Kingdom Hearts) and the Master Sword lightsaber (from Legends of Zelda).
