Jawa’s Junkyard Courkrus lightsaber has been unveiled. The custom saber is inspired by the design of the Jedi Corran Horn speeder bike handle lightsaber from Star Wars Legends. Run is in collaboration with Benji Graham of Nerfherder Customs, who also designed the Courkrus.
Jawa’s Junkyard offers Courkrus, a limited run, as an empty steel hilt capable of accepting electronics. The company opened an interest list for the run in early May 2023 and will accept pre-orders in late May or early June. Hilt is slated to ship in summer 2023.

The Courkrus lightsaber is comprised of a machined, stainless steel hilt with a black powdercoat finish. The inner grooves of the grid patterned grip will be machined away to add some contrasting silver coloring. Blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade. Inside diameter (ID) of the hilt measures 28 mm. A series of cylindrical pins encircle the flared emitter. A D-ring attaches to the base of the hilt.
Hilt is specifically designed so it may hold a high amp kill key on the hilt exterior. Includes decorative, translucent red and green plastic triangles that also function as threaded-in switch plungers! Kit also includes two Shtokcustomworx pixel + switch PCB. Kit comes packaged in a collector’s box.
