Rebel Sabers The Elegant Lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is an original thin neck design with a crystal chamber. Danny Filosa sketched the original design for the Rebel Sabers Saber Sketch Challenge in 2021. Rebel Sabers selected the saber as one of the winning designs to go into production.
Rebel Sabers offers The Elegant lightsaber in two configurations: RGBx baselit or Xenopixel. Rebel Sabers released Moonbeam Lightsaber in early May 2023.

Elegant lightsaber is comprised of a machined aluminum with a silver finish with gold-colored accent. An exposed crystal chamber is situated below the tapered neck. The silver and gold finish along with the crystal chamber give the hilt a High Republic-esque vibe. An s-curve emitter shroud gives the hilt a classic (and elegant!) profile. Curvey, web-like detailing adorns the pommel section of the hilt. A gold-colored Covertec wheel attaches to the lower part of the hilt as well.
Sketch winner Danny Filosa originally named the saber “An Elegant Weapon” after the famous Obi-Wan Kenobi quotation from Star Wars: A New Hope. Upon production, Rebel Sabers shortened the phrase to simply “The Elegant”.
Rebel Sabers offers the The Elegant saber in two electronics configurations: RGBx Base-lit or Xeno Pixel. Both electronics configurations use a convenient all-in-one chassis to secure the electronics and minimize saber rattle.
Base-lit version features in-hilt LED color changing on the fly, Eco smooth swing motion sensitivity, and sound effects and visual effects (e.g. Flash on Clash, blade lockup effect, etc). The xeno pixel version has several additional features including more advanced visual effects (e.g. scrolling ignition/retraction effect, flame and unstable blade effects, blaster bolt deflect effects, etc. Pixel saber version also may use gestures to turn on the saber. Rebel Sabers does not offer an empty hilt version of The Elegant Lightsaber.
