Vader’s Vault Dume lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the katana-style Kanan Jarrus lightsaber from Rebels. The slim and ergonomic hilt is an exhaustive, meticulously-researched recreation of the hilt in Rebels. Vader’s Vault released Dume, a limited run, in late April 2023. The saber is available as a Bluetooth-equipped Plecter Pixel lightsaber with a CFX soundboard.

Dume is comprised a machined aluminum hilt featuring a silver, forest green, a black color scheme with a sandblasted and sealed finish to replicate the satin metal finish in Rebels. Vader’s Vault offers multiple weathering options including: Light, Medium, Heavy, and Savage Weathering. Vader’s Vault states that unlike unweathered hilts, the weathered hilt will NOT be sealed in order to allow the hilt to age naturally over time. The iconic control box features discreet switches and lit-pixel arrow accent LED on both sides of the box. Blade holder accepts a 7/8 in diameter pixel blade. Vader’s Vault includes a 36 inch pixel blade by default, but the buyer may optionally request a shorter blade.
Hilt breaks down into three main pieces: emitter, body, and pommel with mounted D-ring. Dume also uses a fully removable chassis with USB-C access and removable battery access. The Bluetooth-equipped xixel saber operates with the Plecter Labs Crystal Focus 10 (CFX) soundboard. Along with the standard CFX sound fonts, Dume come pre-loaded with the Kanan-themed Blind Master sont font by Juansith.
