The Spare Parts lightsaber hilt is machined from 6061 aluminum and brass, featuring anodized accent colors and a lightly tumbled finish. A mixed metal design, the hilt uses long, clean lines. Paneling around the emitter and pommel forms an a symmetrical, exo-skeletal aesthetic. The hilt measures 333mm long (13.1in) and has an outside diameter (OD) of 33.3mm at center (1.31in).
The hilt arrives as a ready-to-display, fully static assembly with a static brass emitter and pommel. The hilt includes additional parts in order to facilitate an electronics installation. The hilt includes a brass pommel with sound vents and two additional brass emitters: a 7/8 inch emitter and 1 inch emitter. Spare Parts uses a single switch setup.

An optional ECO chassis will be available, supporting and installation with: dual 21700 batteries, Proffie v2.2, 28mm bass speaker, kill switch, and NPXL or CCSabers pixel connectors. A high end Master chassis will become available prior in the coming months.
Shadowfoil Props is offering Spare parts as an empty hilt for display or DIY (optional chassis) or as an installed pixel saber equipped with Proffieboard.
The Spare Parts project is a collaboration among several companies. Hilt design by 5280 Concepts and Dagobah Swamp. Production by SP Sabers. Quality control and fulfillment by Shadowfoil Props.
Spare Parts differs from the previously released 5280 The Lost One lightsaber hilt. The Lost One is inspired by TCW reference material while Spare Parts is inspired by published book images.
