The Grandmaster lightsaber is comprised of a machined hilt with stainless steel emitter shroud and a brass main hilt body with a hard chrome brushed finish. The black pieces of the hilt, including the vertical grips, are made from aluminum. The hilt measures 170 mm long and accepts a 3/4 inch diameter blade.
The hilt kit is comprised of: two different emitters (a neopixel blade compatible emitter and an accurate emitter for display), main hilt body, two different pommels (a pommel with sound vents and an accurate pommel for display). CCSabers states that the hilt kit is compatible with common electronics parts on the market. Two spring-loaded buttons serve as the button solution. The buttons may be configured with accent LEDs.
The Grandmaster lightsaber is available as an empty hilt (optional blade and chassis available as an upgrade) or as an installed neopixel saber with neopixel blade. The installed saber operates on Proffieboard and includes a removable 3/4 inch diameter, 23.6 inch long neopixel blade.
CCSabers, operated by Carl Chen, is a United States based custom saber company specializing in limited hilt runs, installation services, and saber components.
