The AZ Sabers Dawn lightsaber has been unveiled. The custom saber, an original katana-style design, shares some design elements with the Kanan Jarrus lightsaber. The Dawn lightsaber, a limited run, will be available as an empty hilt (no electronics) with a removable core system with a crystal chamber and removable kyber cell.

The AZ Sabers Dawn lightsaber is comprised of a metal hilt with an angled, shroud-like emitter, a katana-style tsuba (handguard), a smooth grip section, and a notched pommel with sound vents. A Covertec wheel attaches to the lower part of the hilt as well. The Dawn lightsaber includes a fully removable SLS 3D printed core system (i.e. chassis) with a crystal chamber and removable kyber cell. The removable core system increases the ease of installations.
