REVIEW Saberforge Chosen Lightsaber | Thin Neck Saber, Warrior Tier
The Saberforge Chosen lightsaber, a thin neck saber, is a custom saber that is likely inspired, at least in part, by the Luke Skywalker ROTJ lightsaber. Chosen is equipped with a thin neck blade socket that takes a slightly modified thin-neck blade. This Saberforge Chosen is a Warrior Tier Saber (i.e. stunt saber without sound) with a green LED.

Chosen, an aluminum hilt, features a Standard Finish, which is two-toned metallic silver color with black accents (a Weathered Finish and Black Finish are available as well). A The hilt is about 10.8 inches long and accepts a 1 inch diameter thin neck style blade.
A flat-topped, bell-shaped, flanged emitter is situated at the top of the hilt. The hilt narrows at the neck, which is mostly black in color with a silver colored groove in the wide disk section in the middle of the neck. A series of black horizontal grooves are situated in the switch section. Instead of featuring an Original Trilogy style activation box, Chosen features a round activation switch. A dummy switch is located below the activation switch (an in-hilt recharge port, an upgrade feature, is available in this section as well).
Below the switch section, the smooth lower part of the hilt is bisected with one black horizontal groove. A Covertec wheel attaches near the bottom of the hilt. Finally, a notched, ‘sink knob’ style vented pommel caps off the end of the hilt.
Overall, Saberforge Chosen is an Original Trilogy-esque thin neck saber with a simple, elegant, slimmed-down design.
