Electrum Sabercrafts released the Allegiant Smart Saber today. Although the lightsaber, which is a custom saber, is an original design rather than a character inspired design, the hilt shares some similar design aesthetics with an Ahsoka Tano lightsaber and an Obi-Wan Kenobi lightsaber. Allegiant is available configured as a Bluetooth equipped RGB sound saber. An optional Neopixel upgrade is available as well.

Allegiant’s long grip section and ergonomic, slimmed-down design empower the user with the flexibility to wield the lightsaber with a one-handed grip, two-handed grip, or a less conventional reverse grip. The hilt measures 12.1 inches long and the hilt’s diameter ranges between 1.2 inches and 1.3 inches at its widest area. The blade socket depth is 1.5 inches.
Allegiant is available in two color profiles: Blackout (metallic silver with black accents) or Gold (metallic silver with gold accents). The buyer may also customize the appearance of the touch switch/switchplate design and its backlighting and select a lightsaber blade type and length. Optional hilt upgrades include weathering (light weathering or battle scarring) and Covertec wheel installation (multiple color options available).
Allegiant features a split-top emitter shroud design with a u-shaped cutout. Dual bunny ears or small crossguard tabs extend out of the emitter section. Three small horizontal windows are situated slightly below the tabs. The recessed touch switch is located in the upper middle section of the hilt. A series of six horizontal cutouts form the grip section of the hilt (the cutouts and overall grips section parallels the design of the Obi-Wan Kenobi TPM/AOTC lightsaber). Finally a ‘door knob’ style pommel with recessed pommel cubes caps off the end of the hilt. The pommel is similar in design to the Obi-Wan Kenobi TPM/AOTC lightsaber or Revan lightsaber.
Allegiant, along with other Electrum Sabercrafts Smart Sabers, is an RGBW LED sound saber with an optional Neopixel upgrade. The lightsaber activates with a signature Electrum Sabercrafts touch switch, runs on a Diatium 3 Saber Core (D3) soundboard, and interacts with the Electrum Unity App via Bluetooth. The app enables the user to easily and quickly customize and configure blade colors, sound effects, and visual effect on the lightsaber. One sound font is included free (additional sound fonts are available for purchase).
