Electrum Sabercrafts unveiled the Aurora Smart Saber. The Aurora lightsaber is now open for pre-orders. The thin neck custom saber is an original design that shares similar design features to Original Trilogy style thin neck lightsabers. Aurora, a two-handed lightsaber, is available configured as a Bluetooth equipped RGB sound saber with an option to upgrade to Neopixel.

Aurora features a bell-shaped, flanged emitter. The hilt narrows at the anodized copper neck, bisected by horizontal, notched ring. The low profile control box comes in Silver or Blackout. There is a ‘No Control Box’. The signature Electrum Sabercrafts touch switch seats inside the low profile control box or in a recessed section on hilts with no control box. An assortment of switchplate designs for the touch switch are available. The grooved grip section in the lower body of the hilt is comprised of a series of convenient, knurled grip rings. The threaded, ‘gear tooth’ style pommel may be removed to access the recharge port and SD card.
The Aurora hilt measures 13 inches long and ranges from a slim 1.25 inches to 1.4 inches in diameter. The lightsaber accommodates 1 inch diameter blade. Aurora runs on the the proprietary Diatium 3 Saber Core (D3) soundboard. The Electrum Unity App enables the user easily and quickly customize and configure blade colors, sound effects, and visual effect on the lightsaber on the fly. One sound font is included free (additional sound fonts are available for purchase).
