Additionally, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and around the week of Thanksgiving will often feature good lightsaber discounts. Finally, some good sales tend to occur around the holiday season in December.

One big downside about purchasing a lightsaber in during the holiday season in November and December is sometimes lightsaber companies get very backlogged on orders due to the increased demand. A new Star Wars movie release will also often trigger a lightsaber order backlog from some custom saber companies.
If you’d like to purchase a lightsaber second hand on eBay [affilliate link], Facebook, etc, a good deal may turn up at any point in the year. I’ve purchased many lightsabers second hand and overall it’s been a good experience. Always closely inspect the photos and descriptions on used items and if you’re unsure about any aspect of the item, contact the seller.
Some saber companies like Ultrasabers, Saberforge, and Kyberlight have sales throughout the year, although the best sales tend to be: May 4th, late November, and during the holiday season.
Consider that not every lightsaber company offers sales or discounts, so just because it’s May 4th or Black Friday, there’s no guarantee that any individual saber company will put their lightsabers on sale.
