Mordred Flyte V3 is comprised of a machined 6061 aluminum hilt with a mostly black finish with silver accents and a dramatic splash of metallic red in the pommel section. Mordred is a simple, yet elegant design with a layered and windowed emitter and detailing throughout. Hilt measures about 11.61 in long (295mm) with an outside diameter (OD) ranging from 28-32 and an inside diameter (ID) of 25.4mm. Blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter pixel blade. Hilt unscrews near the middle to reveal the mounted chassis, internal electronics and removable 18650 li-ion rechargeable battery (only charge with 5V 1A).
As an affordable start pixel saber, Mordred Flyte comes equipped with a Flyte V3 soundboard and 2W 8ohm speaker. Saber features gesture controls, 16 blade styles (non-customizable), and hybrid smoothswing with hum, swings, lockup and clash sounds. Wielder may customize the sound fonts. Features USB-C in-hilt recharge port (only charge with 5V 1A). Recharge port is situated in the middle of the hilt below the illuminated activation switch.
