Roman Props Buried Hope Lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the thin neck Obi-Wan Kenobi lightsaber in the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ series. Buried Hope combines design elements of the Elite Inception lightsaber (Obi ROTS inspired) and MK1 lightsaber (Obi ANH inspired). Roman Props offers Buried Hope as an empty hilt kit capable of accepting electronics. Hilt may also serve as a display piece or cosplay piece. Roman Props released the hilt in late May 2022.

The Buried Hope lightsaber hilt is comprised of machined aluminum, steel, and brass elements. Kit disassembles into several pieces: steel Mk1 balance pipe, brass neck with painted copper section, dark anodized aluminum grenade grip section and booster, 1 in slip-fit emitter shaft, and two pommels (static pommel for display and vented FX pommel for installed sabers). Design features a gold colored clamp card with black accents. A black Covertec wheel, for wearing the hilt as a belt hanger, attaches to the lower part of the hilt. Roman Props offers a blade plug for the hilt for an additional fee. Since all Buried Hope hilts are weathered by hand, there may be some variation to the finish.
