Energy Bow Description
The energy bow is a handcrafted range weapon made from a carbon-alloy. A plasma generator creates the energy bowstring. Since the bow forms a plasma arrow as the wielder draws the plasma string back, the weapon may launch multiple arrows in rapid succession. An energy-proof grip enables the wielder to draw and release the plasma arrow.
In addition to firing a sizzling plasma arrow, the some models of energy bow may also launch a plasma cable across a gap. The wielder may hold onto the bow handle and “zip-line” across the plasma cable.
Energy Bow in Star Wars Canon
Nightsisters and Nightbrothers of Dathomir may craft and utilize an energy bow as a weapon of choice. During the Clone Wars the Hunters, an elite group of Nightsisters, use energy bows. Most Talzin charges the Hunters with tracking and killing enemies of the Nightsisters.
During the Rise of the Empire Era, the young clone Omega finds and wields a Zygerrian energy bow. The Zygerrian energy bow is a compound bow that folds out.
