Korbanth The Dark Lightsaber has been unveiled. The custom saber is inspired by the design of the black-bladed Mandalorian Darksaber. Korbanth offers The Dark as an empty hilt (for DIY) or as an installed pixel saber equipped with Proffieboard. Both versions include an attachable flat pixel blade. Korbanth released The Dark, a limited run, late November 2021.

The Dark is comprised of a machined aluminum hilt. The Dark has a non-standard blade holder designed to accept a rectangular blade tang/stem rather than a standard cylindrical blade tang. The hilt features a slanted emitter and with a stack of four rectangular windows. The hilt also features a katana-like angled handguard near the the emitter and oval profile in the lower half of the hilt. A recharge port is situated in the lower part of the hilt.
The Dark is available as an empty hilt (for DIY) or as an installed pixel saber equipped Proffieboard. Both the empty and installed version include a custom flat pixel blade. The empty hilt includes the correct pixel connector necessary for the saber to function.
The flat blade has black coloring in the middle with white edges and accents that illuminate. The flat pixel blade, which features a rectangular blade tang, is customized specifically for The Dark hilt and is not compatible with most other pixel sabers.
A chassis will be available from Goth3Designs (sold separately).
