The Mystic Knights Armory Starfighter Lightsaber V2 has been unveiled. The custom saber, an original medieval/High Republic-style lightsaber, features a metal crossguard near the emitter. The Starfighter lightsaber is available as an empty hilt, sound saber (RGB with in-hilt LED), or neopixel saber (equipped with Proffieboard).
After announcing the initial Starfighter Lightsaber in December 2020, the company redesigned the contoured accents for the June 2021 release of Starfighter V2 lightsaber.

The Mystic Knights Armory Starfighter V2 lightsaber hilt is comprised of an aluminum hilt with a metal crossguard. The two-toned hilt is black in the contoured grip section and metallic silver in the emitter, crossguard, and vented pommel. The long-hook pommel echoes the aesthetic of the sleek, similarly hooked ends of the crossguard. The blade socket accepts a 1 inch diameter blade. The company states that the hilt is designed for dueling.
The Starfighter V2 lightsaber is available as an empty hilt (DIY, no electronics), sound saber (RGBX EcoSwing, in-hilt LED), and neopixel saber (equipped with Proffieboard). The installed sabers include a solid internal chassis (to protect the electronics) and a 36 in long blade. The in-hilt LED saber includes a standard polycarbonate blade and the neopixel saber includes a neopixel blade.
Custom saber blade company Ripper Blades designed a custom blade specifically to complement the aesthetic of the Starfighter Lightsaber. The Starfighter Ripper Blade is available from Mystic Knights Armory and is sold separately from the Starfighter Lightsaber. The blade, which is made of acrylic, is a show blade only and not suitable for dueling.
Mystic Knights Armory and Laurel From ML Pins collaborated on the design of the Starfighter V2 lightsaber.
