The High Council Sabers Yoda’s Lightsaber (Padawan Version), a custom saber, envisions lightsaber for Yoda as Jedi Padawan. The lightsaber is available as an empty hilt (static display piece or electronics ready) or as installed saber (in-hilt LED sound saber or pixel saber). The Yoda’s Lightsaber (Padawan Version) hilt is craft from chromed brass and brass elements with a black central cuff (plastic) and black vertical grips. Although the hilt shares similarities with a standard Yoda lightsaber, High Council Sabers designed the hilt as a fan concept for a Yoda’s Padawan lightsaber. The company describes the hilt as, “A little more weighty, ornate and elegant, suitable for a young Yoda… much less simplistic than his more “zen like” lightsaber from his later years.”
High Council Sabers handcrafts each custom made hilt in his shop, milling the pommel grooves and hand-shaping the blade shield (i.e. emitter shroud) himself.
The company offers the static hilt as: Non-Electronics or Electronics Ready. The Non-Electronics version is intended for display or cosplay only as does not accept electronics. Electronics Ready is an empty hilt with a removable vented pommel and a blade holder that may accept a 3/4 in blade (not included). Electronics ready also includes a few additional parts: mini bubble, tactile, momentary on/off switch.
The company also offers the hilt with Full Electronics or Neopixel / Proffie. The Full Electronic version comes equipped with a Tri-Cree LED (buyer selects a blade color and Flash on Clash color). The neopixel configuration operates using Proffieboard.
High Council Sabers also makes High Council Sabers Yoda’s Lightsaber, a custom saber with a conventional AOTC/ROTS Yoda lightsaber design.
