Bokar Lightsaber in Star Wars Legends
The Bokar lightsaber, a Sith lightsaber, is comprised of a hilt with a craggy, coral-like texture.
A Sith and a member of the One Sith, Bokar serves Darth Krayt’s Galactic Empire. During the Second Imperial War in 137 ABY, Sith-Imperial forces trace Emperor-in-exile Roan Fel to the planet Agamar. The forces invade the planet with the objective of capturing or killing Fel. After the battle, Bokar and fellow Sith Yuln survey the surface of the planet on foot looking for any surviving Imperial Knights or Jedi.
Just as Bokar tells Yuln that the Jedi and Imperial Knights are weak an easily defeated, Jedi Master Rasi Tuum and Imperial Knight Azlyn Rae ambush the two Sith. Rae impales Yuln in the back. Although Bokar manages to take his lightsaber off his hip, he does not ignite the weapon before Tuum strikes him down. He dies.
Behind the Scenes
The Bokar lightsaber first appears in the comic book Star Wars Legacy 48: Extremes, Part 1 (2010). Although the lightsaber blade color is never shown, many members of the One Sith wield red-bladed lightsabers.
