The Tau Idair lightsaber is an ancient single-bladed green lightsaber wielded by Jedi Knight Tau Idair. A guard extends out of the blade emitter area, curving and running parallel to the hilt. Tau Idair is an Old Republic era human female Jedi Knight. She takes on Arn Peralun as her apprentice.

Tau Idair Lightsaber in Star Wars Legends
Jedi Knight Tau Idair wields a green-bladed Jedi lightsaber. A curved guard extends out of the hilt. She often modifies and tinkers with the lightsaber.
Tau Idair begins her Jedi training at an early age. She studies the ways of the Force under the guidance of the Jedi Order and ascends to the rank of Jedi Knight. Fighting against the Sith Empire during the Galactic War, she becomes seasoned in front-line combat.
In 3641 BBY, a Sith boards her transport and kills two of her companions with his lightsabers. She beats the Sith with her bare hands eventually pushes him out of the vessel with a grenade in his mouth. The brutality of the confrontation weighs on her for years to come.
When the Eternal Empire goes on a conquest against the Sith Empire, Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic, Idair again sees combat. She fights alongside Jedi Master Gnost-Dural in a punishing battle on the planet Mimban. Idair and Gnost-Dural are the only survivors. Gnost-Dural establishes a Jedi colony on Ossus and recruits Idair to join him. Several additional Jedi survivors join the colony. Idair serves as the Jedi colony’s head of security.
In 3630 BBY, Tau Idair and her Padawan Arn Peralun participate in Task Force Nova, an initiative to rebuild the Jedi Order.
