The Anoon Bondara lightsaber is a single-bladed green lightsaber wielded by Jedi Master Anoon Bondara in Star Wars Legends. Anoon Bondara is a Rise of the Empire era male Rutian Twi’lek Jedi Master. Bondara develops a reputation as one of the most skilled lightsaber duelists in the Jedi Order. He is killed during a battle with Darth Maul.

Anoon Bondara Lightsaber in Star Wars Legends
Anoon Bondara learns the ways of the Force at the Jedi Temple. A contemporary of Qui-Gon Jinn, he trains as a Jedi Guardian, a branch of the Jedi emphasizing martial training and combat. Bondara ascends to the rank of the Jedi Master.
After serving as a Jedi Watchman of the Ryloth system, he becomes the acting Jedi Battlemaster, the head lightsaber combat instructor at the Jedi Temple. In addition to training Jedi initiates in the ways of lightsaber combat, Anoon Bondara masters the unarmed combat discipline of Teräs Käsi. He learns additional exotic weapons and combat styles as well.
Jedi Master Anoon Bondara takes on Darsha Assant as his Padawan. By 32 BBY, the Jedi Council assigns the Padawan on a solo mission into the Coruscant underworld to escort an informant to the Jedi Council. When a gang attacks her and the informant, he falls 10 or 15 meters, presumably to his death.
After Assant tells her master about her failed mission, he accompanies her back to the underworld. The Jedi witness a tattooed Zabrak (Darth Maul) chasing Lorn Pavan and the droid I-5YQ. Assant and Bondara intervene and engage Maul in a fierce lightsaber duel and battle. Bondara creates an explosion to help Assant and the two others escape to the Jedi Temple. The blast kills the Jedi Master instantly. Maul, stunned, falls 50 stories, but survives. Assant subsequently dies in battle.
Behind the Scenes
The Anoon Bondara lightsaber is first described in the novel Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter (2001). Additionally, the Star Wars: Power of the Jedi Sourcebook (August 2002) features the only depiction of the Anoon Bondara lightsaber.
