Ultrasabers is one of the largest and most establish custom saber companies. Ultrasabers is based in the United States and makes a lot of affordable stunt saber (no sound) and sound sabers. Their Mystery Box Sabers and Grab Bag Sabers are some of their most popular items.

2. SABERFORGE (SF) United States

Saberforge is another large and popular United States based custom saber company. Out of all of the custom saber manufacturers, Saberforge offers the widest selection of lightsabers. The Saberforge Mystery Box Saber is a popular item, although Mystery Box Sabers often sell out quickly so it can be a bit hard to purchase a Mystery Box Saber. Saberforge sells a variety of (unofficially) movie inspired lightsaber hilts. The company also sells most non-lightsaber products than most of the other custom saber companies, including: blasters, wallets, helmets, holocrons, etc.

3. VADER’S VAULT (VV) United States

Vader’s Vault is yet another large and established United States based custom saber company.  Vader’s Vault is considered by many in the custom saber community to be pretty high in quality. Their shipping speed is often a bit slower than some of the custom saber companies, but occasionally Vader’s Vault releases batches of Ready To Ship (RTS) lightsabers that ship much faster than typical orders.

4. SABERTRIO (ST) Malaysia

Sabertrio is a relative newcomer to the custom saber market. Sabertrio is based in Malaysia and the company only offers four different hilt styles at the moment: Arclyte, Skylar, Aeryn and Vahlken. The fast growing company continues to innovate new hilt designs and adopt new saber technologies to their products. Sabertrio offers three types of lightsabers: stunt sabers (no sound), FX sabers (RGB sound sabers), and Neo sabers (neopixel blade sabers).

Sabertrio aims to provide a high value and high level of craftsmanship for a reasonable price point. Although Sabertrio does not sell the cheapest lightsabers, the company sells high quality sabers for a decent price, which is why they are quickly becoming popular in the custom saber community.

5. Electrum Sabercrafts (ES) Electrum Sabercrafts

Another popular relative newcomer to the custom saber community is Electrum Sabercrafts out of Canada. Electrum Sabercrafts produces Smart Sabers, which are lightsabers that connect to your smartphone. Electrum Sabercrafts is pioneering new custom saber technology. The company only offers a handful of hilt designs at the moment, but the growing company has been releasing new models periodically. Electrum Sabercrafts lightsabers are primarily recognized for their Smart Saber technology along with their distinctive touch switches and slim hilt designs.

6. The Pach Store Hong Kong

The Pach Store, out of Hong Kong, is increasing corning the market of budget and mid-range lightsabers. The Pach Store carries many budget YDD Sabers, including the enormously popular The Tiny Giant Kyojin lightsaber along with WonderForce and Ultimate Works lightsabers. The Pach Store offers many affordable lightsabers ranging in price from around $60-$200. The company also sells some empty hilts for installs and some non-lightsaber prop replicas as well.

7. THE CUSTOM SABER SHOP (TCSS) United States
http://www.thecustomsabershop.com
The Custom Saber Shop (TCSS), based in the United States, differs from the previous 6 lightsaber companies since they are primarily known for selling lightsaber parts, supplies, and some empty hilts. The Custom Saber shop does not sell complete, fully functional lightsabers, but rather specializes in offering a wide selection of components required for building your own lightsaber. Additionally, Tbe Custom Saber Shop’s Modular Hilt System (MHS) V1 pommels and components are compatible with some Ultrasabers and Sabertrio hilt styles.

8. KYBERLIGHT (KL) United States
https://kyberlight.com
Kyberlight launched with a Kickstarter campaign a few years ago, and has grown to become a popular budget sound saber. Kyberlight differentiates themselves from other custom saber companies by offering only one lightsaber hilt model. Kyberlight uses a modular system of top pieces, sleeves and pommels that allow the user to easily mix and match components to quickly change the appearance of the hilt. The price point, which is around $200, is pretty good for an affordable sound saber with 20 built-in options for changing the blade color.
