The Aegis Sabers Yun Lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the Yun lightsaber in the computer game Dark Forces II. Aegis Sabers offer the lightsaber as an empty hilt (for DIY), basic baselit RGB sound saber, or installed pixel saber (standard XenoPixel or Proffieboard). Aegis Sabers released the Yun lightsaber in November 2021.

The Yun lightsaber is machined from T6 aluminum and features a two-toned silver and black finish with gold colored accent greeblies. The hilt design features a striking bowl-shaped emitter with cutouts. Blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade. A flat black strip in the grip section extends from the the black collar below the emitter to the black pommel section. The recharge port and activation switch are situated near the top of the black strip.
Aegis Sabers offers the Yun lightsaber as an empty hilt capable of accepting electronics. The company also offers installed versions of the saber. The baselit installed saber features a DarkWolf Saber soundboard with built-in sound fonts, Flash on Clash (FOC), blaster effects, and ECO smooth swing.
Aegis Sabers also offers two pixel saber configurations: Standard (DarkWolf Sabers Xenopixel soundboard) or Proffieboard v2.2. Standard features builit-in sound fonts, Flash on Clash (FOC), blaster effects, motion controls, budget smooth swing, and color changing on demand. Standard features a fully customizable SD card for fonts and sound effects. Proffieboard version, which is customizable, features motion controls, SD card-loaded fonts, FOC, Blaster effects, and smooth swing.
Aegis Sabers includes a full size 1 inch diameter 36 inches long medium grade blade with all installed sabers. The baselit saber comes with a standard tube blade (no blade electronics) and the pixel sabers come with a pixel blade.
