The Tyvokka lightsaber is a wooden-hilt yellow lightsaber wielded by Wookiee Jedi Master Tyvokka. Tyvokka is a Rise of the Empire era Wookiee male Jedi Master. After training Plo Koon as his final apprentice, he serves on the Jedi Council until his death in 44 BBY.

Tyvokka Lightsaber in Star Wars Legends
Tyvokka constructs his curved-hilt lightsaber using hardened Wroshyr-wood, a wood native of the Wookiee homeworld Kashyyyk. The blade emitter and pommel are made of metal. A ring is attaches to the base of the hilt.
Hailing from the Wookiee homeworld, Kashyyyk, Tyvokka learns the ways of the Force under the guidance of the Jedi Order. He ascends to the rank of Jedi Master and trains several Padawans including Plo Koon. He serves on the Jedi Council.
In 44 BBY, the Republic is suffering from a shortage of bacta, a medical substance promoting tissue regeneration. As the substance becomes scares and expensive, the Stark Commercial Combine begins looting bacta supplies from the Trade Federation. After the Galactic Senate encourages a diplomatic solution to the crisis. Tyvokka becomes the lead negotiator between the two sides.
Tyvokka along with several additional Jedi and Senator Vallorum arrive at to Troiken to broker an agreement between Stark Commercial Combine and Trade Federation. Tyvokka asks Iaco Stark of the Stark Commercial Combine what he would consider to be a solution. Stark and his collegues answer by drawing their weapons. He demands that the Trade Federation and the Jedi surrender. Tyvokka heaves over a large table to provide cover and assigns Jedi to protect various diplomats.
During the ensuing skirmish, Tyvokka ignites his yellow-bladed lightsaber and fights against Stark’s collegues. Nute Gunray of the Trade Federation activates his HKB-3 hunter-killer droids, giving the droids the vague command to “kill them all”. The droids open fire on Stark’s men and the Jedi alike. Three blaster bolts strike Tyvokka in the chest. Tyvokka’s dying wish is for Plo Koon to take his place on the Jedi Council. Plo Koon ultimately joins the Jedi Council.
Behind the Scenes
The Tyvokka lightsaber first appears in a flashback in the comic book Star Wars 36: The Stark Hyperspace War, Part 1 (2001).
