Roron Corobb Lightsaber Construction and History

The Roron Corobb lightsaber, a Jedi lightsaber, is comprised of a cylindrical hilt made from a metal alloy. The hilt measures 26.8 cm long (10.55 in) and 4.3 cm wide (1.7 in). The lightsaber emits a green blade. The hilt is primarily metallic silver in color with minor brass and black accents.
Roron Corobb serves the Jedi Order and the Republic during the Clone Wars era. During the Battle of Coruscant and the final days of the Clone Wars, General Grievous undertakes a mission to capture Chancellor Palpatine. Grievous storms the Galactic City on Coruscant in search of the chancellor. Roron Corobb, along with security forces and additional Jedi, fight to protect Chancellor Palpatine. Grievous ultimately kills Roron Corobb, kidnaps Chancellor Palpatine, and adds the Roron Corobb lightsaber to his collection.
Star Wars Legends
The Roron Corobb lightsaber is a blue-bladed lightsaber in Star Wars Legends. Roron Corobb is a Clone Wars era Jedi Master. Corob is a skill lightsaber duelist and practitioner of Form V (Djem So) of lightsaber combat, often favoring a reverse grip.
Corobb serves as one of six hand-picked Jedi charged with protecting Chancellor Palpatine. As in Star Wars Canon, Roron Corobb is killed by General Grievous as the Jedi attempts to protect Chancellor Palpatine.
Behind the Scenes
The Roron Corobb lightsaber is first depicted in Star Wars Canon in the book Star Wars Lightsabers: A Guide to Weapons of the Force (2018). The lightsaber is similar in design to the Ki-Adi-Mundi lightsaber. Hasbro released a 3.75 inch Roron Corobb action figure in (2007). The Roron Corobb action figure is equipped with a blue-bladed lightsaber.
