Saberforge unveiled the Descendant Mk2 lightsaber, a custom thin-neck, Original Trilogy style lightsaber. The two-toned metallic silver and black hilt design features a flanged emitter and a chamfered low profile control box. The hilt is 12 inches long with a slim 1.15 diameter in the switch section of the hilt. Descendant Mk2 is slated for release in summer 2020.

Saberforge founder Phil Isherwood announced the Saberforge Descendant Mk2 lightsaber and released 3D renderings of the hilt design in the Custom Lightsaber Owners Facebook Group, a group started by Saberforge. Isherwood calls the hilt a “thin neck saber with ergonomics in mind”.
Saberforge is one of the largest custom saber companies in the world. Based in the United States, the company offers one of the widest selections of custom lightsaber designs.
