The Pach Store unveiled the WonderForce Tenryu Custom Katana Saber. The lightsaber, which is a budget friendly custom saber, features a long hilt, a katana-style tsuba (handguard), and an optional tsuka ito wrap. The Pach Store is offering the lightsaber as an empty hilt or as a fully installed RGB sound saber. Tenryu is available pre-order with an estimated release date in April or May 2020.

The 14 inch long aluminum hilt is particularly suited for a two-handed dueling grip. Tenryu is designed to accommodate a 1 inch diameter midgrade polycarbonate blade (a 36 inch long midgrade blade is included with sound saber purchases). The two-toned, black and silver hilt features a wide, black, disc-shaped tsuba (handguard) near the emitter and a long, notched, grenade-style grip section.
The Tenryu hilt is available without a wrap or with a samurai-style, tsuka ito wrap. The available wraps include: Fall Gold Black (gold wrap with black background), Fall Gold White (gold wrap with white background), Raging Red (red wrap with black blackground), Ninja Black (black wrap with black background).
Tenryu is available as an empty hilt (no electronics, no blade) or installed as an RGB sound saber. The RGB sound saber is equipped with a 9W LED and 3 soundfonts with a mute function. The lightsaber sounds include: idle hum, swings, lockup, and clash. The sound saber features a 2W 8ohm speaker and mounted chassis to help protect internals during dueling. The lightsaber runs on a 18650 Li-Ion rechargeable battery with protection board, and features a convenient in-hilt USB recharge port (charge with 5V 1A only). The Pach Store estimates approximately 1 to 1.5 hour of use time between charges.
