Hasbro unveiled the brand new Star Wars: The Black Series Supreme Leader Kylo Ren Force FX Elite Lightsaber today. The lightsaber, modeled after Kylo Ren’s crossguard lightsaber in the Sequel Trilogy, will be the newest addition to the Force FX lightsaber line of high-end adult collectible lightsabers. Force FX lightsabers use a real metal hilt and light up and make movie-inspired lightsaber sounds.

New Realistic Force FX Elite Lightsaber Features
Hasbro promotional material touts the Supreme Leader Kylo Ren Force FX Elite Lightsaber as “the most realistic Force FX lightsaber yet”. Lightsaber features include: progressive ignition, battle clash effect (i.e. Flash on Clash), blaster bolt deflect, tip drag effect (so it looks like you’re cutting through something).
The new Supreme Leader Kylo Ren Force FX Elite Lightsaber also uses convenient removable blades so the lightsaber could be displayed with or without the blade. All previous Star Wars: The Black Series Force FX lightsabers have used a fixed, non-removable blade.

The Supreme Leader Kylo Ren Force FX Elite Lightsaber includes: the lightsaber, stand, and collectible coin. Batteries are not included (the lightsaber requires 3 1.5V AA batteries).
