Saberforge founder Phil Isherwood announced the Rebel Princess lightsaber and released a 0:25 video showcasing a hilt prototype in the Custom Lightsaber Owners Facebook Group, a group started by Saberforge.

Rebel Princess, a thin neck saber, features a radiator style emitter and spine-like vertical grips. The hilt design includes windows in the emitter, mother of pearl inlay, and also two 12 mm switch holes.

Saberforge had previously released a lightsaber named Rebel Princess in 2013. The 2013 Rebel Princess lightsaber hilt design, inspired by the Leia lightsaber in Star Wars Legends, is unrelated to the 2020 Rebel Princess design.

Saberforge is one of the largest custom saber companies in the world. Based in the United States, the company offers one of the widest selections of custom lightsaber designs.
