Kalymian Custom Sabers Corran Horn lightsaber has been released. The custom saber takes design inspiration from the Corran Horn lightsaber in Legends, a ‘found parts’ hilt crafted from a speeder bike handle. The company offers the hilt empty capable of accepting electronics. Kalymian Custom Sabers released the hilt, a limited run of 20 units, in December 2023.

The custom Corran Horn lightsaber is a T60 aluminum construction. Length of the inner grip with pommel measures 148.5 mm long. Inside diameter (ID) of the grip section is 28.5 mm. A hidden blade retention screw secures a blade (not included) in the hilt. Hilt uses a 1 inch diameter blade socket.
A knurled thumbscrew attaches to the hilt near the emitter. Hilt tapers below the emitter to form a convenient choke point for spinning and maneuvering hilt. The low profile control box features a two-button setup with brass tactile switches. Hilt also offers a non control box option with custom brass, copper or aluminum switches. The segmented grip section features a diamond-knurled surface. Pommel flares out slightly to cap off the end of the hilt.
Kalymian Custom Sabers offers the hilt with a clean finish or weathered finish. The custom Corran Horn lightsaber hilt is available as an empty hilt.
