KR Sabers x Lukyanov Rey Scavenger lightsaber has been released. The custom saber, which is inspired by the Rey Skywalker lightsaber, features a working emitter mechanism that opens and closes. Rey Scavenger, a limited run, is available as an empty hilt for DIY (unweathered or weathered) or an empty hilt kit with chassis and DIY electronics install kit (ECO chassis or Master chassis options). KR Sabers pre-order period for the Rey Scavenger lightsaber operated from late November 2021 until late January 2022.

The hilt is CNC machined from AL 6061 with a black finish. Rey Scavenger features an intricate working emitter mechanism with 100 individual screws and a built-in belt clip near the pommel. KR Sabers offers the hilt unweathered (black finish, no cloth wrap) or weathered (includes cloth wrap). Multiverse Props will weather the hilts, meticulously detailing and painting the hilt before applying a hand-cut cloth wrap to complete the screen accurate appearance.
Each hilt kit arrives mostly assembled. The buyer attaches body grip accents (KR Sabers recommends using CA glue or doubled sided adhesive tape). Buyers of the unweathered hilt may also purchase a grip cloth kit separately from KR Sabers and attach the cloth to the hilt.
Each hilt kit includes: a Rey Scavenger DIY empty hilt (unweathered or weathered), x2 grip accent pieces, and x1 install accessory bag (x1 DIN85 M3*16mm screw and x1 DIN914 M2*2mm).
KR Sabers also offers the hilt kit combined with a chassis (ECO chassis or Master chassis) and DIY electronics install kit.
The ECO chassis bundle includes: GOTH3Design ECO chassis, Proffie v2.2 Soundboard, 18650 High Amp Removable Battery, 28mm Bass Speaker, Battery Contacts Set, High Amp Kill Switch, Tactile Switch, SCW Rotary Chassis PCB Set, NPXL V3 Long Pins Hilt Side PCB, NPXL V3 Lens Cover and 8pcs 2x2mm Magnets.
