The KR Sabers x One Replicas Thrawn Hunter Lightsaber Set has been released. The set of two custom sabers are inspired by the curved-hilt Ahsoka Tano lightsabers in The Mandalorian. The set includes a main hilt and a shoto hilt. A collaboration between KR Sabers and One Replicas, the Thrawn Hunter hilt set is a limited run. KR Sabers began accepting pre-orders for the empty hilt set on November 26, 2021. The expected shipping shipping date is February 2022.

The hilts are CNC machined from AL 6061 and brass with an anodized and blasted finish. Each hilt kit arrives mostly assembled and includes: empty hilts (flat sides, oval profile), two katana body accent panel pieces with diamonds, two shoto body accent panel pieces, two threaded emitter extensions, two D-rings, and two 2.1mm recharge ports. Use glue or double sided tape to attach the accent panel pieces to each hilt.
KR Sabers offers the Thrawn Hunter Lightsaber Set as empty hilts (for DIY) with optional GOTH3Designs ECO chassis add-on or GOTH3Designs Master Chassis add-on (high end, metal chassis).
KR Sabers and One Replicas previously released a custom Ahsoka Tano Rebels Lightsaber Set in 2017. The 2017 release is based on the Ahsoka Tano lightsabers in Star Wars Rebels while the Thrawn Hunter lightsabers are based on the Ahsoka Tano lightsabers in The Mandalorian.
