Sith Chalice from Star Wars Galaxy's Edge

Need a Sith decorating idea to darken up the room a bit? This may be the sinister relic you’re looking for. Darth Sidious knows a thing or two about Sith room decor. Sidious keeps a Sith Chalice like this one in his personal collection of Sith artifacts. Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, the public persona of the Sith Lord Sidious, openly displays the Sith Chalice in the Chancellor Suite on Coruscant along with other Sith relics.

Despite the Chancellor’s Sith-themed suite, the Jedi do not suspect Palpatine’s secret Sith Lord identity for many years. If you keep one in your own office or living room, your friends and family may not suspect your secret Sith Lord identity for many years either.

Galaxy’s Edge Sith Chalice Description

The Galaxy’s Edge Sith Chalice is comprised of a removable lid and a rounded body attached to the base. Removing the lid reveals a non-food grade bowl section where you could store or display kyber crystals, Sith wisdom stone tokens, or other smaller relics. The vessel features a Sithly dark color theme with red accents. Four curved, blade-like fins attach to the rounded vessel section of the artifact. The item is made of resin, has some weight to it, and measures over 1 foot tall.

The collectible item comes with a sticker warning on the lid, “Not for Food Use – Food consumed from this vessel may be harmful”. If you’re looking for a dark side cookie jar or cumbersome and impractical popcorn bowl, you’ll have to look elsewhere, unfortunately. Be aware that some buyers report that removing the warning sticker peels off the paint from the lid. Remove the sticker from the lid carefully and at your own risk.

Behind the Scenes

The item first appears in Canon in the film Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (2005). The reference book Star Wars: Complete Locations (2016) first identifies the relic as a Sith Chalice in Darth Sidious’ collection.
