The Shadowfoil Props Hand of the Emperor lightsaber has been unveiled. The custom saber is an idealized concept saber inspired by the design of the Mara Jade lightsaber. The project is a collaboration between Shadowfoil Props and SP Sabers.
Hand of the Emperor lightsaber is available as an empty hilt or installed with Proffieboard. Shadowfoil props opened the limited run for pre-orders in late September 2021 with an estimated completion date of February 2022.

The Hand of the Emperor is an aluminum construction with a 7/8 inch blade socket. A custom 7/8 inch shine through blade plug is included. The hilt breaks down into four main pieces: emitter, upper body, lower body, and pommel.
A series of anodized black aluminum radiator fins (i.e. short t-track grips) encircle the emitter. The lower bolts on the neck feature two plungers for switches. The control box below the emitter contains shine through blinkies (red, blue, and clear acrylic blinkies included) and uses no visible screws. Two rows of screws attach separate grip plates to the lower part of the hilt. The hilt kit includes both a vented pommel and static pommel to cap off the end of the hilt. Hand of the Emperor includes a limited edition plaque as well.
