The Korbanth Bane Lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the design of the SWTOR Bane lightsaber from the Dark Horse comics series’. The lightsaber, a limited run, is available as an as an empty hilt (for DIY or display) or as an installed neopixel saber. Korbanth released the Bane lightsaber in July 2021.

The Korbanth Bane lightsaber is comprised of a two-toned machined aluminum hilt. The hilt measures 14 inches long, making the Bane lightsaber suitable for a two-handed grip. A tsuba-like flared emitter extends out of the top of the hilt. The blade holder accepts a 1 inch diameter blade. A red thumbscrew greeblie attaches near the emitter. A recessed switch box section with two working switches is situated in the middle of the hilt between the upper and lower grip sections. A removable, notched pommel with sound vents caps off the end of the hilt. Korbanth states that a dedicated chassis for the hilt will become available.
Korbanth offers the Bane lightsaber as an installed neopixel saber with a Proffie-based electronics installation as well.
