The Korbanth Malgus lightsaber has been released. The custom saber is inspired by the designs of the SWTOR Malgus lightsaber, which features imposing ‘ax-head’ style emitter fins. The lightsaber, a limited run, is available as an empty hilt or as an installed neopixel saber. Korbanth released the Malgus lightsaber in May 2021.

The Korbanth Malgus lightsaber hilt is machined from aluminum. The hilt features a two-toned black and silver color scheme with some additional color accents. The hilt accepts a 7/8 inch diameter blade. A striking set of two blade-like/ax-head style fins flank each side of the emitter area of the lightsaber hilt. An activation box with a gold colored clamp card attaches to the right side of the upper part of the hilt. The long, smooth lower grip section of the hilt features ample space for the buyer to add a wrap as a DIY project. A faceted pommel section caps off the end of the hilt.
The installed version of the Korbanth Malgus lightsaber is configured as a neopixel saber with a Proffieboard with 12 to 15 sound fonts. A 7/8 inch diameter pixel blade (RGB color changing) and a charger are included.
